Eneng Yulie Andriani acts as the Corporate Secretary of PT Bank BTPN Tbk effective as of 10 January 2020. Starting her career in banking since 1997 as Group Legal staff of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. with the last position as the Corporate Action & Stakeholder Management Head of Corporate Secretariat Division. She then joined PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia (SMBCI) since 2014 as Corporate Legal Department Head. Following to the effective merger of SMBCI and PT Bank BTPN Tbk at 1 February 2019, she holds position as Corporate Secretariat Division Head.
In 1997, she passed the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia majoring law sciences in Economy activity and achieved master degree from Faculty of Law University of Indonesia in 2012.
