Chow Ying Hoong

Singaporean citizen. Graduated from Business Administration (Finance), National University of Singapore.
Started his career at United Overseas Bank in 1984–1987, ABN Bank 1987–1989, Sanwa Bank 1989–1993, then returned to ABN Amro Bank in 1993–1997, then Societe Generale in 1997–2000. He then joined SMBC Singapore in 2000 until now.
He was then assigned as Commissioner of Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) since 2015, then appointed as Deputy President Commissioner in 2019–2020. Since 2020 he has served as President Commissioner and has been reappointed through the Annual GMS on April 21, 2022.
Takeshi Kimoto
Commissioner
Takeshi Kimoto has been appointed as Commissioner of Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) effective on 1 February 2019.
Currently serving as General Manager of Asia Growing Markets Division of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Oto Multiartha & PT Summit OTO Finance.
Previously, he joined the Sumitomo Bank Ltd in International Finance Department in Europe and Tokyo, engaged in Trade Finance. Served as Vice President of Global Institutional Banking Dept. (“GIBD”) in Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Vice President of GIBD Singapore, Group Head & Senior Vice President Global Trade Finance Department, Senior Vice President Emerging Markets Business Division (EMBD), Joint General Manager of EMBD Tokyo. and Joint General Manager of Business Development Dept., International Banking Unit.
Graduated from Keio University with Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce.
Ninik Herlani Masli Ridhwan

Indonesian citizen. Graduated from Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University and Postgraduate Education in Finance, University of Indonesia.
She started her career as a Senior Auditor at Utomo Accounting Firm (SGV – Utomo) in 1981–1985. She then joined PT Bank Central Asia in 1985 until 2013 with her last position as Head of Quality Control and Audit Development.
In 2013–2019 she appointed as an Independent Commissioner at PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia then joined Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) as an Independent Commissioner at Bank BTPN since 2019 and has been reappointed through the Annual GMS on April 21, 2022.
Onny Widjanarko

Indonesian citizen. Obtained bachelor degree in Financial Management year 1989 and Master in Management year 1999.
Started his career at Komatsu Indonesia or PT United Tractors in 1989-1990, and then continued his career at Bank Indonesia until 2022 with his last position as Head of BI Representative for Jakarta. Subsequently as of 2022 joined PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis as President Commissioner.
He has been appointed as Independent Commissioner of BANK BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) since year 2023.
Edmund Tondobala
Independent Commissioner
Indonesian citizen. Graduated from the Faculty of Marketing & Finance from Drake University, United States and a Postgraduate program in International Management, American Graduate School of International Management/Thunderbird, Glendale, Arizona.
Started his career as a Research Assistant at Security Pacific Bank Arizona in 1988. He then joined PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. ("BCA") in 1990 until he retired in 2020. While at BCA he was also assigned as a Commissioner (non-Executive Director) at BCA Remittance Sdn Bhd, Malaysia in 2009-2011 and as a Commissioner (non-Executive Director) at BCA Finance Hongkong in 2002-2004 and 2011-2020.
He then joined Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) as an Independent Commissioner since 2020 and has been reappointed through the Annual GMS on April 21, 2022.
Ongki Wanadjati Dana

Indonesian citizen. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.
Started his career as an Executive Development Program Trainee at Citibank, N.A in 1982- 1983, then he had a career at Citicorp Leasing Indonesia from 1984-1986, then he returned to work at Citibank, N.A in 1986-1990. Then he had a career in several well-known banks in Indonesia such as Universal Bank 1999-2002, PT Bank Permata Tbk as Wholesale Banking Director in 2002-2008.
He joined Bank BTPN as Deputy President Director in 2008-2019. He had served as President Director in 2019-2022. Then, through Annual GMS on April, 21st 2022 he has been appointed and officially serves as Commissioner at Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia).
Marita Alisjahbana
Independent Commissioner
Graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung and achieved her master degree from University of California, Los Angeles with Majoring in Architecture.
She started her career at PT BITA Engineering and PT FEGA, and then start her debut in banking by participating the Executive Development Program in Citibank Indonesia. Within 33 years in Citibank, she has ever sit as the Institutional Remedial Management Group Head as well as the country Risk Manager of Citibank Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines. Before appointed in BANK BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia), she was the Risk Director of Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), and is currently Independent Commissioner of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk.
She has been appointed as Independent Commissioner of Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) at Extraordinary GMS on August 29th 2024 and has been effectively assume the office on September 2nd 2024.
Henoch Munandar

Indonesian citizen. Graduated from the Faculty of Economic Management, Atma Jaya University, Jakarta.
Started his career at PT Indomarco in 1989 – 1991, and then joined several companies such as Bank Susila Bakti in 1991 – 1993, PT BII in 1993, Panin Bank in 1993 – 1995, PT Bogor Multifinance in 1995, Sanwa Bank Indonesia/Bank United Financial of Japan (UFJ) in 1995 – 2006, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ in 2006, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk in 2006 – 2010, PT Bank DBS Indonesia in 2010 – 2013 and then he served as director at PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia in 2013 until 2019.
He furthermore served as Director at Bank BTPN since 2019 and has been reappointed through Annual GMS on April 21st 2022. Then, through Extraordinary GMS on September 29th 2022 he has been appointed and officially serves as President Director at Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia).
Kaoru Furuya

Japanese Citizen. Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Department of Politics, Hosei University, Tokyo, Japan.
He joined The Sumitomo Bank Limited, Tokyo, in 1989. Since then, he has been entrusted with various responsibilities in London, Hong Kong, Manila, New York, Singapore, with his last position at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as Senior General Manager of Asia Growing Market Department ("AGMD") in Singapore.
He furthermore joined Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) and served as Deputy President Director since 2021 and has been reappointed as Deputy President Director through Annual GMS on April 21st 2022.
Darmadi Sutanto

Indonesian citizen. Graduated from Bachelor of Civil Engineering Faculty, Universitas Trisakti and achieved Master of Business Administration at University of Western Illinois, United States of America.
Started his career at Citibank in 1991 – 2000, then at Standard Chartered Bank in 2000 – 2006, ABN Amro in 2007 – 2010, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) in 2010 – 2015. Prior to joining Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia), he served as Group Director at PT CT Corpora and Commissioner at PT Bank Mega Tbk, PT Trans Ice and PT Metro Retailmart in 2015 – 2018.
Lastly, he served as Technical Advisor of Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) in 2018 – 2020, and later as Deputy President Director since 2020 and has been reappointed through Annual GMS on April 21st, 2022.

Started her career as a Pro Bono Lawyer at a Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Jakarta in 1988, then joined PT Bank Sumitomo Niaga since its establishment in 1989 until 1993, subsequently joined several banks such as PT ING Bank in 1993–1996, PT Bank PDFCI Tbk in 1996–1999, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk in 1999-2000. She founded and ran Herdini & Partners a Law Firm in 2000–2004, and then rejoined to PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk in 2004–2014, as Compliance Director at PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia in 2014–2019, until finally joined Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) as Compliance Director at Bank BTPN since 2019 and has been reappointed through Annual GMS on April 21st, 2022.
Keishi Kobata

Japanese citizen. 50 years old. He graduated as Bachelor of Architecture in 1996 and Master of Information Engineering in 1998 from University of Tokyo, Japan.
Started his career at SMBC since Sumitomo Bank, Tokyo in 1998 until 2016 with the last position as Head of Money Market & Fixed Income Group, International Treasury Department (Hong Kong) then assigned to SMBC Hong Kong in 2016-2019. He started to join at Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) since 2019 as Technical Advisor of Treasury Directorate and in 2022 he served as Treasury ALM & Planning Head.
He was appointed as Director at Extraordinary GMS on June 22nd 2023 and has been effectively assume the office on July 25th 2023.
Atsushi Hino

Japanese citizen. Graduated from the Faculty of Business and Commerce from Keio University, Tokyo.
Started his career at Omiya Branch of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) in Tokyo for 1999-2000, then assigned to Loan Administration and Operation Department in 2000-2001, furthermore at Tohoku Corporate Business Office in 2001-2006, Tokyo Corporate Banking Department 4 in 2006-2009, and then assigned to Hong Kong Branch office in 2009-2014, and continued his career at PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia in 2014-2018, and returned to SMBC in Asia Growing Markets Department in Singapore with the last position of Group Head / Joint General Manager until now.
He was appointed as Director at BANK BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) since 2019.
Merisa Darwis

Started her career as a Software Engineer at WIN, Bandung in 1991 – 1992, USI/IBM in 1992-1993, then joined at Berlitz, Japan in 1994-1996, Citibank NA, Indonesia in 1996- 2009, Bank Barclays Indonesia in 2009 – 2011, she then joined at Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) as Head of Internal Audit in 2011-2016, Head of Operations in 2017-2019, then appointed as Director since 2019 and has been reappointed through Annual GMS on April 21st 2022.
Hanna Tantani

Indonesian citizens. Graduate from Faculty of Economics and Accounting and achieved Master of Business Administration from University of New South Wales, Australia.
Started her career at HSBC in 1990-2004, then had a career at American Express Bank in 2004-2008, followed by a career at Standard Chartered Bank in 2008- 2009, then rejoined HSBC in 2009-2018.
She finally joined as Chief Financial Officer at Bank BTPN (of which currently change to SMBC Indonesia) from 2018-2019, then appointed as Director from 2019 and has been reappointed through Annual GMS on April 21st 2022.
